1.) Do you ship international?
Yes! We have updated our site for international shipping. All orders that ship out of the US will ship via International Express Mail through the US post office. Once your item has shipped we will forward the tracking number for you to follow the progress of your package!
INTERNATIONAL shipping charges are as follows:
$1.00 - $50.00 = $25.00
$50.01- $75.00 = $37.50
$75.01- $100.00 = $49.50
$100.01 - $150.00= $60.50.
$150.01 - $250.00 = $73.00
$250.01 and over is free shipping!
2.) How do your shirts fit?
our m001 100% cotton body sizing is as follows:
size small: chest 15 length 25 3/8
size medium: chest 16 length 26
size large: chest 17 length 26 5/8
size xlarge: chest 18 length 27 1/4
3.) What is the difference between your 19.99 t's and your premium t's?
Our premium product is all cut and sewn to our specifications. All the premium t'shirts are garment dyed. The fit and finishing on the premium garments are exceptional and the fabrications are superb. All are made in the USA. See each product description for more details.
4.) What if I made a mistake placing my order?
If you need to make a change/correction or cancel your order please contact us immediately at info@houseofmental.com. If your order has already been shipped you will need to follow the return process. Please see below.
5.) How do I know my order shipped?
We make every effort to process orders within 72hrs following receipt, however, orders received Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive within 48 hours, please contact us at customerservice@happyfunshops.com. You can track the status of your order by using your tracking number at www.ups.com. All orders ship standard ground. If you need expedited service please contact us at info@houseofmental.com so we can try to accommodate your request.

7.) How much will my item cost to ship?
DOMESTIC Shipping prices are as follows:
$1.00 - $20.00 = $5.00
$20.01 - $30.00 = $7.00
$30.01- $40.00 = $9.00
$40.01 - $50.00 = $11.00
$50.01 - $75.00 = $13.50
$75.01 = $100.00 = $15.00
anything over $100.00 is FREE SHIPPING! We ship First Class Mail through the US Post office w/ confirmation tag so that every shipment has a tracing number.
8.) What is your return policy?
HOmVenice prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@houseofmental.com. You will be given a return authorization number and simply return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and we will exchange the item or issue you a full refund (less shipping charges).
All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless HOmVenice.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.
