My training includes over 500 hours in asana, kriya (dynamic movement), pranayama (breathwork), mantra, and meditation with the fabulous Kia Miller.

I’ve designed each offering here from the heart — blending ancient wisdom with lived experience — so you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner knowing.
