Dear Friends,
I am off to India for Vedic study and sādhanā practice — my personal time to reset, rebalance, and recommit to this path of healing, expansion & transformation.
During this sacred immersion, I’ll still be offering private 1:1 online sessions and personal sādhanā journeys for those who feel called to begin or deepen their practice.
All sessions will be held via Zoom, scheduled to accommodate time zones with care and intention.
While I’m away, I’ll also be designing offerings for the New Year — ideas that include a regular weekly online practice, more community classes, a 6-week journey to support you wherever you are on your path, and a 21-day group practice to begin the year in alignment.
