This is a living field of transformation.

You’ll find:

  • Workshops that speak to your soul—like Root to Rise, Awaken the Heart, Center and The Five Elements Journey. Each one a doorway to your own realignment.
  • Energy healing sessions using Reiki, Sai Shakti, and other subtle modalities to help you clear what no longer serves and restore what was never lost.
  • Breathwork series to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to life force itself.
  • Private and small group yoga that blend kriya, mantra, asana, and deep meditative presence—offered both online and in-person from my home near Mt. Maunganui, New Zealand.
  • Sacred tools like yantras, altar cards, journals, and offerings that support your practice long after the class ends.

I’ve designed this space to feel like a deep exhale.
The kind you didn’t know you needed until you take it.

Every word, workshop, and practice comes from lived experience—rooted in the teachings of Kia Miller, Swami Kaleshwar, the Sri Sukta and the sacred lineages of old.

It’s Vedic. It’s mystical.
It’s scientific.
It’s devotional.
And it’s practical.

This space is for seekers, feelers, quiet rebels, and spiritual misfits.
It’s for the ones who don’t have the language for It yet, but feel It anyway.

“Hello” is just the first step in a much deeper conversation.
Each week, I’ll be sharing blog posts that explore breath, energy, ancient practices, and modern integration. We’ll talk about grief and God and gut instinct. We'll walk the five elements. We’ll draw yantras and sing mantras and look at the stars through the lens of the sacred.

And we’ll remember—together.
