This half-day experience is a deeply personal immersion—created to support your healing, restore energetic balance, and bring you into greater harmony with yourself. Whether you're navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply called to pause and replenish, this intimate retreat offers space to soften, reconnect, and shift.

Before we meet, we’ll schedule a 20-minute alignment call via Zoom—a space to connect, explore what’s arising for you, and ensure this offering is truly supportive for where you are right now. It’s an opportunity to tune in together and confirm that a half-day retreat is the most aligned next step.

On retreat day, you’ll be welcomed with a warm comfort drink and conversation to help you settle into the present.  From there, we move into a personalized yoga practice—a blend of kriya, movement, breathwork, and mantra attuned to your current state.

Following your movement practice, you’ll receive a healing session of your choice:
• Reiki Healing – to soothe, restore, and bring ease to the energetic body
• Sai Shakti Energy Transmission – a sacred healing drawn from the teachings of Swami Kaleshwar

We close in a space of integration and reflection—with time to journal, rest, or share conversation. Light, grounding nourishment is offered to help anchor the energetic shifts and support your body’s ability to digest the experience on all levels.
