Across two Sunday mornings, we move through a gentle yet powerful arc — from the tender intelligence of the heart to the luminous stillness of the soul.
These sessions invite you to slow down and remember what it feels like to be fully here: breathing, sensing, and inhabiting the sacred space of your own body.

Each class weaves asana, kriya, and breathwork into an embodied practice that restores harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
The first practice, Heart Space, opens us to compassion, trust, and tolerance — the qualities that ground human connection.
The second, Soul Light, expands that energy upward into clarity and spacious awareness, the remembering of our infinite nature.

Even one hour a week can be a quiet revolution: a choice to pause, breathe, and tend to your inner world. These practices remind us that transformation doesn’t always happen in the grand gestures — it begins in the simple act of presence.

Classes are held in a beautiful geodome near Bayfair in Mount Maunganui.

Address will be sent once registration is confirmed.

Please bring your mat, there are blankets and cushions but feel free to bring. your own if that is more comfortable for you.

This class invites you to open—to trust the soft strength of compassion, to make room for tolerance, and to rest in the body’s innate intelligence. Through gentle movement, breath, and kriya, we awaken the heart not as an idea but as a living experience—something you can feel, sense, and embody.

 SOUL: Sunday, November 9 • 9:00 AM

A luminous morning practice to awaken your inner radiance.
This session blends subtle kriya, meditative asana, and mindful breathwork to guide you into spacious awareness—a gentle unfolding from movement into stillness. As the moon begins to wane, we enter a phase of reflection and renewal, integrating the lessons of the heart and expanding into soul clarity.

Expect a transformative yet soothing flow that restores balance and reconnects you with the quiet, luminous presence within.
