The Healing Power of the Breath – A 3-Part Journey
An invitation to remember what your body already knows.

In a world that pulls us in every direction, the simple act of breathing—consciously—can bring us home. This 3-part online series is designed to reconnect you to the intelligence of your breath, and through it, to the intelligence of your body, your heart, and your life.
Each week, we will explore breath practices drawn from ancient yogic systems and refined through modern insights—designed not only to calm and balance the nervous system, but to clear energetic stagnation, increase vitality, and awaken your innate capacity for self-healing.
You will be gently guided through foundational breathwork techniques, somatic awareness, and deeply restorative breath meditations. Each 2 hour session will include a short lecture, instruction in 2–3 breath practices, a pause for integration, and a guided practice session weaving it all together.
This is not a yoga class. This is a training on use your breath as a healing tool
This is a live online offering only, accessible to anyone, anywhere. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.

Certification & Further Study
If you'd like to receive a certificate of completion, you will be given simple daily breath practices to do at home between sessions. These can be done in under 10 minutes and are designed to help you integrate what we explore together.
This series is not Yoga Alliance certified, but it may be submitted for credit if your certifying body allows self-reporting. Please check with your training program.
If you feel called to go deeper, a more in-depth Breath Training will be offered this fall. This current series is a beautiful entry point for those who may wish to continue.
