The Healing Power of the Breath – A 3-Part Journey
An invitation to remember what your body already knows.

In a world that pulls us in every direction, the simple act of breathing—consciously—can bring us home. This 3-part online series is designed to reconnect you to the intelligence of your breath, and through it, to the intelligence of your body, your heart, and your life.

Each week, we will explore breath practices drawn from ancient yogic systems and refined through modern insights—designed not only to calm and balance the nervous system, but to clear energetic stagnation, increase vitality, and awaken your innate capacity for self-healing.

You will be guided through foundational breathwork techniques, somatic awareness, and deeply restorative breath meditations. Each 2–2.5-hour session includes a short lecture, practice instruction, a pause for integration, and a guided breath sequence weaving it all together.

This is not a yoga class. It is a training in how to use your breath as a healing tool—for yourself and, if you wish, for those you serve.

This Series is for You If...

You feel anxious, wired, overwhelmed, or emotionally numb—and you don’t want to live that way anymore.

       You’ve tried meditation but struggle to sit still or “clear your mind.”

     You’re curious about breathwork but unsure where to start—or how to know what’s actually safe and effective.

       You’re on a healing journey and want tools that feel gentle, real, and rooted in ancient wisdom.

       You’re a parent, teacher, therapist, coach, or facilitator looking for simple, powerful practices to share in groups or 1:1 settings.

     You’re feeling called to something deeper... even if you can’t quite name it.

No yoga experience needed. No special beliefs or background required. Just bring your breath, your body, and the willingness to show up.


Certification & Professional Integration

If you'd like to receive a certificate of completion, attendance is required for all 3 sessions. Simple at-home practices will be given between sessions to help integrate the teachings as well as written assignments.

While not Yoga Alliance certified, this training can be submitted to other certifying bodies that accept self-reporting.

For professionals—therapists, coaches, family constellation facilitators, or group leaders—this series offers tools you can integrate directly into your practice. Learn how to weave breath techniques into one-on-one sessions or group work to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and deeper presence.

This offering is created with care. It is born of lived experience, deep study, and the belief that healing does not have to be complicated to be profound.
