Each Session is approximately 90 Minutes and May Include an Additional Sai Shakti Healing.    We Start w/ an Initial Zoom Conversation to Determine Individual Needs.

In order to receive the maximum benefits from any healing session and hold the energy to create success, please observe a vegetarian diet (fish, eggs, and dairy are fine but no fowl or meat of any kind) for 24 hours before your session and through the day of the actual healing.
